Daniel Olney, M.D., F.A.C.S.

An Iowa City native, Dr. Olney, specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the face and neck as well as general head and neck surgery-otolaryngology. After graduating from the Unversity of Iowa College of Medicine, Dr. Olney completed residency training at the University of Rochester Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. This training focused on the surgical treatment of a wide array of disorders of the head and neck. This comprehensive approach to the form and function of the face included rigorous training in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery at the prestigious Quatela Center for Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Olney then completed a highly competitive one year fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the University of Missouri.

Dr. Olney’s special interests include rhinoplasty, surgical correction of the aging face (facelift surgery), eyelid surgery and cosmetic skin care.
